Job Purpose:

Manage product domains and coordinates all aspects of the product lifecycle to deliver commercially acceptable, profitable and high performance products to the market.

Minimum Requirements of Job

8 + Years of product development and/or product management experience

Strong end-to-end enterprise services/products background is preferred

Good cross-functional knowledge of the telecommunications and IT markets

Great cross-team collaboration & project management skills

An agile and strategic thinker and detail oriented, with the ability to handle a diverse number of concurrent activities

Strong analytical mind and skills, data driven and confident in decision making

Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills; Comfortable dealing with internal and external senior executives

Key Outputs:

Product and Product Performance

Achieve annual targets in terms of value, volume and market share as applicable

Adjust product pricing and features in line with customer demand and market changes

Monitor and control product performance and profitability in line with overall product performance requirements

Liaise with Segment managers, Research, Engineering and Product Development to identify areas for product enhancement and roadmap development

Identifying future trends in telecommunications and the market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product and adjusting the Product roadmap in line with market requirements

Develop commercially acceptable new products and implement enhancements to existing products ensuring that all aspects relating to product features, technical platforms, pricing, billing and business processes are completed in line with the New Product Development programme

Sales support

Assist Bid Office team with responses to complex tenders

Assist in responses to RFx with the correct and appropriate technical and commercial narratives and pricing

Coordinate and steer Marketing to market products via segment managers to the various segments

Be recognized as the "Product Champion" by developing and continuously updating knowledge of product and market.

Present Neotel€™s thought leadership by speaking at public events and publishing industry articles

Train the relevant stakeholders on product features and benefits €“ Sales, Solution Architects, Bid office, Service Delivery, Service management

Assist with the sales process through commercial offers creation, negotiated agreements and contracts.

Segment solutions, bundles and commercialization

Manage the efficiency of internal processes

Improve efficiencies through enhanced business processes

Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the product need in each segment

Implement, adapt and update service schedules and regulatory filing

Ensure correct pricing and DOA€™s is implemented by the pricing team to the portals

Drive continual improvements in timelines and costs for delivery of services to customers
